Reef-edge fishing east of Eydhafushi, outside the core of the Baa Atoll biosphere reserve. Hanifaru Bay is closed to fishing — it is a manta and whale-shark site, not a mark on this list. The outer reef still holds giant trevally and yellowfin, with snapper on the patch reefs. Keep clear of the reserve boundary.
